  1. Defense A :

    1. Right foot step back to 5:30 as you throw a left downward block to the inside of the right kick followed by a punch to the head.

    Defense B:

    1. Right foot step back to 5:30 as you throw a left downward block to the inside of the right kick followed by a punch to the body.

    Defense C :

    1. Right foot step back to 5:30 as you throw a left downward block to the inside of the right kick followed by a punch to the groin.

    Defense D:

    1. Right foot step back to 5:30 as you throw a left downward block to the inside of the right kick followed by a right front snap kick to the groin.

    Defense E:

    1. left front kick Right foot step back to 5:30 as you throw a left downward block to the outside of the right kick followed by right front thrust kick (rising kick) between the legs up to the groin
