Heel Hook: Full Nelson

Defense:

  1. Step out into a square horse stance.
  2. Simultaneously pinning both the attackers’ hands and striking straight down with both your hands.
  3. Strike with right heel of foot to the inside of your opponents left knee.
  4. And then a right side thrust kick to the outside knee.
  5. Right foot rakes down the right shin then stomp onto the top of opponent’s right foot.
