RETURNING DRAGON : LEFT GRAB TO YOUR RIGHT SHOULDER FROM THE RIGHT SIDE

Defense :

  1. Left foot steps out to 9:00 as you pivot your body CCW to face 7:30.
  2. With a right extended outward block to the inside of the attackers left grabbing arm as you drop into a slight right soft bow with a left hand covers.
  3. Right hand grabs the inside of the attackers left arm, right hand continues to hold the attackers left arm.
  4. Right snapping back kick to the attackers left rib cage plant kick back down right snapping back kick to the attackers left knee.
