  6. Turn 90° on rear leg, left lower leg block
  7. Step forward ,right foot stance, right middle lunge punch
  8. Rotate 180° pivoting on your rear leg, right lower leg block

  10. Turn 90° on rear leg, left inner forearm block
  11. Step forward,right foot stance,right middle lunge punch
