1. Ready Stance
  2. Move left foot to left , form right L-stance 90° , middle guarding block with a knife-hand
  3. Move the right foot to left, high punch to left with right fist
  4. Move the right foot to right,  form  left L-stance 90°, middle guarding block to right with a knife-hand
  5. Move the left foot to right, left walking stance to right, high punch to right with left fist
  6. Move the left foot forward, left walking stance forward, low block forward with left forearm
  7. Move the right foot forward, right walking stance forward, high punch forward with right fist
  8. Move the left foot forward, left walking stance forward, high punch forward with left fist
  9. Move the right foot forward, right walking stance forward, high punch forward with right fist
  10. Move the left foot back, turn counter clockwise, form right L-stance back, twin forearm block to back
  11. Move the right foot back, form right walking stance back, high punch back with right fist
  12. Move the right foot to left,turning clockwise ,form left L-stance ,twin forearm block right
  13. Move the left foot to left, form left walking stance , high punch to left with left fist
  14. Move the left foot to right, form left walking stance right, low block right with left forearm
  15. Rising block with left forearm, maintain left walking stance right. Perform 13 and 14 in a continuous motion
  16. Move the right foot to right,  form right walking stance , rising block with right forearm
  17. Move the left foot to right, left walking stance ,rising block with left forearm
  18. Move the right foot to right, right walking stance ,rising block with right forearm
  19. Move the left foot to upper left , turning counter clockwise  form right L-stance, middle outward strike left with left knife-hand
  20. Move the right foot to upper left,right walking stance, high punch upper left with right fist
  21. Move the right foot to upper right, turning clockwise to form a left L-stance, middle outward strike to upper right with right knife-hand
  22. Move the left foot to upper right, left walking stance , high punch to right with left fist
