1. Closed Feet Ready Stance
  2. Move the left foot to left, form right L-stance to left, twin forearm block
  3. High inward strike left with right knife-hand, bring left side fist in front of right shoulder, maintain right L-stance to left
  4. Middle punch to left with left fist, form left fixed stance, slip left foot to left
  5. Bring left foot to right footand , move right foot to right, form left L-stance, twin forearm block
  6. High inward strike right with left knife-hand, bring right fist front to left shoulder, maintain left L-stance to right
  7. Middle punch to right with right fist, form right fixed stance, slip right foot to right
  8. Bring right foot to left foot, turn face to front, right bending ready stance right to front
  9. Middle side piercing kick to front with left foot
  10. Lower left foot down front, right L-stance front, middle guarding block front with knife-hand
  11. Move right foot forward, left L-stance front, guarding block front with knife-hand
  12. Move left foot forward, right L-stance front, middle guarding block front with knife-hand
  13. Move right foot forward, right walking stance, middle thrust forward with right straight fingertip
  14. Move left foot right 180° counter clockwise, right L-stance, twin forearm block
  15. High inward strike with right knife-hand, bring left fist front to right shoulder, maintain right L-stance
  16. Middle punch same direction with left fist, form left fixed stance to right, slip left foot forward
  17. Turn 90° towards right hand, left foot to right foot, turn right foot and face to right, move right foot forward, left L-stance, twin forearm block
  18. High inward strike front with left knife-hand, bring right fist front to left shoulder, maintain  left L-stance front
  19. Middle punch front with right fist, right fixed stance front, slip right foot forward
  20. Turn 90° towards left hand, right foot to left foot,face front, move right foot forward, circular block to inner right with right inner forearm
  21. Low front snap kick front with right foot, hands position as move 19
  22. Lower right foot forward, right walking stance front, middle punch front with left fist
  23. Circular block inner left with left inner forearm, maintain right walking stance
  24. Low front snap kick with left foot, hands position as move 22
  25. Lower left foot to front, left walking stance, middle punch front with right fist
  26. Keep face front, form left bending ready stance
  27. Middle side piercing kick right with right foot
  28. Lower right foot with left foot, turn 180°counter clockwise to form right L-stance toward left, middle guarding block left with forearm
  29. Bring left foot to right foot, turn right, right foot forward, left L-stance forward, middle guarding clock front with forearm
