Section 1

  1. Deliver a left front snapping ball kick.
  2. Immediately follow with a right front snapping ball kick (chicken kick fashion) ,
  3. Plant your right foot toward 12:00 to form a right neutral bow stance.
  4. Deliver a left front snapping ball kick .
  5. Immediately follow with a right front snapping ball kick (chicken kick fashion).
  6. Plant your right foot toward 12 : 00 to form a right neutral bow stance
  7. Deliver a right back snap kick .
  8. Immediately follow with a left back snap kick (chicken kick fashion).
  9. Plant your left foot toward 6 : 00 to form a right neutral bow stance facing 12 :00.
  10. Deliver a left back snap kick .
  11. Immediately follow with a right back snap kick (chicken kick fashion ) .
  12. Plant your right foot toward 12:00 to form a right neutral bow stance.
  13. Deliver a right front snapping ball kick .
  14. Immediately follow with a left front snapping ball kick (chicken kick fashion ).
  15. Plant your left foot toward 12:00 to form a left neutral bow stance.
  16. Deliver a right front snapping ball kick.

  1. Deliver a left thrusting sweep kick toward 3 : 00.
  2. Immediately follow with a right snapping knife edge kick (chicken kick fashion),
  3. Plant your right foot toward 12:00 to form a right neutral bow stance.
  4. Deliver a right thrusting sweep kick toward 9 : 00 .
  5. Deliver a left snapping knife edge kick (chicken kick fashion).
  6. Plant your left foot toward 12:00 to form a left neutral bow stance.

Section 3

  1. Deliver a left front scoop kick.
  2. Plant your left foot toward 6:00 to form a right neutral bow stance facing 12:00 .
  3. Execute a left retreating rear cover to face 6:00 in a left neutral bow stance.
  4. Deliver a right front scoop kick.
  5. Plant your right foot to point of origin.
  6. Slide your left foot toward 3 : 00 and form a right neutral bow stance facing 9:00 .
  7. Deliver a right front scoop kick.
  8. Plant your right foot toward 3 :00 to form a left neutral bow stance facing 9:00 .
  9. Execute a right retreating rear cover to face 3:00 in a right neutral bow stance.
  10. Deliver a left front scoop kick.
  11. Plant your left foot to point of origin.
  12. Slide your left foot toward 6: 00 and pivot counterclockwise to face 12: 00 in a right neutral bow stance .

  1. Deliver a left rear scoop kick.
  2. Plant your left foot toward 12 :00 to form a left neutral bow stance.
  3. Deliver a right spinning back scoop kick.
  4. Plant your right foot to point of origin .
  5. Slide your right foot toward 9 : 00 and pivot clockwise to form a left neutral bow stance facing 3 : 00
  6. Deliver a right rear scoop kick.
  7. Plant your right foot toward 9 : 00 to form a right neutral bow stance.
  8. Deliver a left spinning back scoop kick.
  9. Plant your left foot to point of origin .
  10. Slide your right foot toward 6:00 to form a left neutral bow stance facing 12:00..

  1. Deliver a right roundhouse kick.
  2. Immediately follow with a right snapping knife edge kick.
