1. Closed ready stance
  2. Move the left foot left, form right L-stance, middle block left with left reverse knife-hand
  3. Low side front snap kick left with left foot, hands position as in move 1
  4. Face 90° left, lower left foot left, move right foot to left foot, form left rear foot stance left, upward block with a right palm
  5. Rotate 160° left, move right foot forward, form left L-stance front, middle block front with right reverse knife-hand
  6. Low side front snap kick front with right foot, hands position as in step 4
  7. Lower right foot, move left foot forward, form right rear foot stance front, upward block with left palm
  8. Rotate 80° left, move left foot forward, form right L-stance front, middle guarding block front with knife-hand
  9. Right upper elbow strike, form left walking stance, slip left foot forward
  10. Move right foot forward, form left L-stance, middle guarding block front with knife-hand
  11. Left upper elbow strike, form right walking stance front, slip right foot forward
  12. Move left foot forward, form left walking stance front, high vertical punch front with twin fist
  13. Move right foot forward, form right walking stance front, upset punch front with twin fist
  14. Move right foot front to back, rotate 180° counter clockwise, form left walking stance, rising block with X-fist
  15. Move left foot left, form right L-stance left, high side strike front with left back fist
  16. Twist left fist counter clockwise, back fist faces downward, form left walking stance, slip left foot forward
  17. High punch front with right fist, maintain left walking stance, repeat move 15 and 16 fast motion
  18. Bring left foot to right foot, rotate 180° right, move right foot forward, form left L-stance, high side strike front with right back fist
  19. Twist right fist clockwise, back fist faces downward, form right walking stance, slip right foot forward
  20. High punch front with left fist, maintain right walking stance front, repeat move 18 and 19 fast motion
  21. Bring right foot to left foot, rotate 90° left, move left foot forward, form left walking stance, high block front with left double forearm
  22. Middle punch front with left fist, form right L-stance front, pull left foot
  23. Middle side piercing kick front with right foot
  24. Lower right foot forward, form right walking stance front, high block front with right double forearm
  25. Middle punch front with right fist, form left L-stance front, pull right foot
  26. Middle side piercing kick front with left foot

  28. Slow motion move, pressing block with right palm, form left low stance front, slip left foot forward
  29. Move right foot forward, form left L-stance front, middle guarding block front with forearm
  30. Slow motion move, pressing block with left palm, form right low stance front, slip right foot forward
  31. Slow motion move, bring left foot to right foot, rotate 90° left form closed stance, angle punch with right fist
  32. Move right foot forward, form right fixed stance front, U-shape block front
  33. Bring right foot to left foot, rotate 90° left, move left foot forward, form left fixed stance,  U-shape block front
