CRASH OF THE EAGLES –PART I ABCDE: CHOKE FROM BEHIND

Defense A :

  1. Left foot to 1:30, pivot to face 6:00, right arm goes over the top of opponent’s arm.
  2. Go into softbow as you do a right elbow to chin followed by right Backfist to face.

Defense B:

  1. Step forward left to 1:30 pivot to face 6:00, clear the arms and go into soft bow.
  2. Right elbow to face followed by a right Tigers Claw to face.

Defense C :

  1. Step forward left to 1:30 pivot to face 6:00, clear the arms and go into soft bow.
  2. Right elbow to jaw followed by a right chop to left side of neck or clavicle then Right chop to right side of neck or clavicle.

Defense D:

  1. Step forward left to 1:30 pivot to face 6:00 as your right arm clears the opponent’s arm away.
  2. Right elbow to Jaw followed by a roll over hammerfist to groin.

Defense E: If Your Attacker Is At A Distance

  1. You are going to do the same as above but step back right to 7:30 and clear arms way followed up by right elbow to chin.
  2. Then from their do a Backfist, Tigers Claw, Double chop, Roll over  Hammerfist.
