Defense A:

  1. Right foot steps to 4:30.
  2. Swing your right hand and your attackers hand to point to 10:30.
  3. Hooking your left hand under your right arm.
  4. Strike forward with your left hand to attackers left wrist, as your pull your right hand free.
  5. Counter grab the attackers arm with your left as your throw rights punch to rib cage.

Defense B:

  1. Right foot steps to 4:30.
  2. Swing your right hand and your attackers hand to point to 10:30.
  3. Hooking your left hand under your right arm.
  4. Strike forward with your left hand to the attackers left wrist as you pull back with your right arm breaking the grip free.
  5. Right punch to ribs left hand in chamber.

Defense C:

  1. Right foot steps to 4:30.
  2. Swing your right hand and your attackers hand to point to 10:30.
  3. Hooking your left hand under your right arm.
  4. Strike forward with your left hand to the attackers left wrist as you pull back with your right arm breaking the grip free.
