ROCKING ELBOW : STRAIGHT-ARM WRIST GRAB

Defense A:

  1. Counter grab inside of left wrist with right hand as your right foot steps forward to 10:30.
  2. Right forearm strikes to outside of left elbow.
  3. Left hand will maintain grip while you do a right hammer fist to groin followed by a right Backfist to head.

Defense B:

  1. Counter grab inside of left wrist with right hand as your right foot steps forward to 10:30.
  2. Right forearm strikes to outside of left elbow.
  3. Left hand will maintain grip while you do a right hammer fist to groin followed by a right Backfist to head.
