1. Parallel ready stance
  2. Move left foot left, form right L-stance left, twin knife-hand block
  3. Move right foot center left, form right walking stance left, high front strike with right knife-hand, bring left back hand front to forehead
  4. Turn 180° clockwise right, form a left L-stance , middle guarding block right with knife-hand
  5. Move left foot forward,form left walking right, high thrust front with left flat finger tip
  6. Turn 90° left, left foot forward, form right L-stance front, middle guarding block front with knife-hand
  7. Turn face back, form left bending ready stance right back
  8. Middle side piercing kick in face direction with right foot
  9. Turn face front, lower right foot, form right L-stance front, middle guarding block front with knife-hand
  10. Flying side piercing kick front with right foot, form left L-stance front, right foot forward, middle guarding block front with knife-hand
  11. Move left foot right, turning counter clockwise 90° right, form  right L-stance right, low block front with left forearm
  12. Extend both hands upward, grabbing opponent’s head position, form left walking stance, slip left foot
  13. Upward kick front with right knee, pull both hands downward
  14. Lower right foot to left foot, rotate 180° left, move left foot forward, form left walking stance, high front strike with right reverse knife-hand, bring left back hand under right elbow joint
  15. High turning kick center front with right foot, lower kick to left foot
  16. Middle back piercing kick left with left foot, repeat move 14 and 15 fast motion
  17. Lower left foot left, face right, form left L-stance right, middle guarding right with forearm
  18. Middle turning kick center right with left foot
  19. Lower left foot to right foot, face again 90° right, move right foot forward, form right fixed stance front, U-shape block front
  20. Jump spin around counter clockwise, land on same spot, form left L-stance front, middle guarding block front with knife-hand
  21. Move the left foot forward, form left walking stance front, low thrust front with right upset fingertip
  22. Side back strike backwards with right back fist, low block front with left forearm, form right L-stance front, pull left foot
  23. Move right foot forward, form right walking stance front, middle thrust front with right straight finger tip
  24. Turn 90° right, move left foot forward, form left walking stance, high block front with left double forearm
  25. Move right foot forward, turn 90° left, form sitting stance, middle front block with right forearm, high side strike right with right back fist
  26. Rotating left, middle side piercing kick with right foot, lower kick to front
  27. Rotating left, middle side piercing kick with left foot
  28. Lower left foot front, checking block center right with X-knife-hand, forming left L-stance right, pivot with left foot
  29. Move left foot forward, form left walking stance, upward block front with twin palm
  30. Rotate 180° right , left foot forward, rising block with right forearm, form right walking front
  31. Middle punch front with left fist, maintain right walking front
