1. Parallel ready stance with heaven hand position
  2. Bring left foot to right foot, form close ready stance front, bring both hands circular motion, break and open hands
  3. Slow motion move, move left foot forward, form left walking stance front, upset punch front with right fist
  4. Slow motion move, move the right foot forward, form right walking stance front, upset punch front with left fist
  5. Double stepping motion move, move the left foot to side front of right foot, move right foot forward, form right walking stance front, high hooking block front with right palm
  6. Move right foot backwards, sliding motion, form right L-stance front, low guarding block front with knife-hand
  7. Double stepping motion move, move right foot to side of left foot, move left foot forward, form left walking stance front, high hooking block front with left palm
  8. Move left foot backwards, sliding motion, form left L-stance front, low guarding block front with knife-hand
  9. Move left foot forward, form right rear foot stance front, high guarding block front with knife-hand
  10. Move right foot forward, form left rear foot stance front, high guarding block front with knife-hand
  11. Slow motion move, move left foot side front of right foot, turn counter-clockwise 180°, pivot with left foot, form left walking back, upward block front with right palm
  12. Slow motion move,  move right foot forward, form right walking stance front, upward block front with left palm
  13. Low front block with right knife-hand, circular motion, hit left palm, bring left foot to right foot, form close stance
  14. Pressing kick to left with left foot, hands position as in move 12
  15. Middle side piercing kick left with left foot, hands position as in move 13, repeat move 13 and 14 consecutive kick
  16. Lower left foot left forward, form right L-stance left, high inward strike left with right knife-hand, bring left side fist  front to right shoulder
  17. Downward strike left with left side fist, form close stance front, pull left foot to right foot
  18. Pressing kick to right with right foot, hands position as in move 16
  19. Middle side piercing kick right with right foot, hands position as in move 17, repeat move 17 and 18 consecutive kick
  20. Lower right foot to right, form left L-stance right, high inward strike right with knife-hand, bring right side fist front to left shoulder
  21. Downward strike right with right fist, form close stance front, pull right foot to left foot
  22. Slow motion move, move left foot forward, form left low stance front, pressing block with right palm
  23. Slow motion move, move right foot forward, form right low stance front, pressing block with left palm
  24. Turn 180° right clockwise, move right foot forward, stamping motion, form sitting stance, high side strike front with right back fist
  25. Middle block front with right double forearm, form right walking stance front, pivot with left foot
