Defense A: Right leg back

  1. Step to 2:30 with right foot as you do a brush block with left hand and a right #2 fist to biceps nerve.
  2. Shuffle forward.
  3. Forearm strike to ribs followed by a right hammerfist to groin.

Defense B: Right leg forward

  1. Step to 2:30 with right foot as you do a brush block with left hand and a right #2 fist to biceps nerve.
  2. Shuffle forward, forearm strike to ribs followed by a right ridge hand to groin.

Defense C: Right leg forward

  1. Step to 2:30 with right foot as you do a brush block with left hand and a right #2 fist to biceps nerve.
  2. Shuffle forward, forearm strike to ribs followed by a right ridge hand to groin.
