1. Ready stance
  2. Move right foot backwards, form left walking stance front, low inward block front with right knife-hand
  3. Bring right foot to left foot, move left foot backwards, form right walking stance front, high side block front with left outer forearm
  4. Middle punch front with right fist, maintain right walking stance front
  5. Low twisting kick front with left foot,hands position as move 3
  6. Lower left foot forward, form left walking stance front, downward block with x-fist
  7. Rising block with right knife-hand, maintain left walking stance front, repeat move 5 and 6 continuous motion
  8. Jump forward, form right x-stance center left, high side strike front with right back fist, bring left finger belly to right side fist
  9. Rotate 180° left, move left foot forward, form right L-stance, middle punch front with left fist
  10. Middle reverse turning kick, center left with the right foot
  11. Lower the right foot down, stamping motion, form sitting stance left,middle side strike right with right knife-hand
  12. Turn 90° right, middle side piercing kick front with left foot, pull both hands in opposite direction
  13. Lower left foot forward, form left walking stance front, high crescent punch with right fist
  14. Middle turning punch with left fist, form parallel stance, pull
    right foot slow motion
  15. Move left foot backwards, form right walking stance front,  low inward block with left knife-hand
  16. Move right foot backwards, form left walking stance front, high side block front with right outer forearm
  17. Middle punch front with left fist, maintain left walking stance front
  18. Low twisting kick front with right foot, hands position as move 16
  19. Lower right foot forward, form right walking stance front, downward block with x-fist
  20. Rising block with left knife-hand, maintain right walking stance front, repeat move 18 and 19 continuous motion
  21. Jump forward, form left x-stance center right, high side strike left with left back fist, bring right finger belly to left side fist
  22. Turn 90° right, move right foot forward, form left L-stance front, middle punch front with right fist
  23. Rotate 315° left, middle reverse turning kick with left foot
  24. Lower left foot forward, stamping motion, form sitting stance right, middle side strike left with left knife-hand
  25. Rotate 90° left, middle side piercing kick front with right foot, pull both hands in opposite direction
  26. Lower right foot forward, form right walking front, high crescent punch with left fist
