Defense A:

  1. Left foot steps to 11:00.
  2. followed by a right vertical outward block as the same time left punch to rib cage then a right hammerfist to hip (sciatic nerve) right thrust to left knee.

Defense B:

  1. Left foot steps to 11:00.
  2. Followed by a right vertical outward block as the same time left punch to rib cage then a right hammerfist to hip (sciatic nerve) left hand braces hip.
  3. Right hand picks up leg, and right side thrust kick to left knee.
