Defense:

  1. Left foot steps to 11:30.
  2. Right wrist pins attackers right arm from the inside.
  3. Left forearm strike to the outside of the elbow.
  4. Right hand grabs your left hand as your left foot steps around attacker’s right foot.
  5. Take attacker down across left knee.
  6. Right arm keeps attackers arm trapped.
  7. Left elbow to temple.
  8. Left elbow strikes down to spine.
