Defense A:

  1. Your left foot steps forward to 12:00 while you do a left upward block.
  2. Right CCW forearm to rib cage.
  3. Left CW forearm to rib cage.
  4. Left vertical outward block, right half fist to throat.

Defense B:

  1. Your left foot steps forward to 12:00 while you do a left upward block.
  2. Right CCW forearm to rib cage.
  3. Left arm circles over the attacker’s right arm to trap and break the elbow.
  4. Left arm keeps the attackers arm pinned as your do a right chop to neck.

Defense C:

  1. Your left foot steps forward to 12:00 while you do a left upward block.
  2. Right CCW forearm to rib cage.
  3. Left arm circles over the attacker’s right arm to trap and break the elbow.
  4. Tight left vertical outward block, right half fist to throat.
