Defense A: Hands down

  1. Starting with hands down Left foot steps to 11:00.
  2. Right back hand parry to outside of hand then a right forearm strike to wrist as you step right to 10:30 to take opponent down.
  3. Right stomp kick to Biceps.
  4. Then chest, left biceps, drop right knee to chest followed by a right eye strike.

Defense B: hands up

  1. Starting with hands Left foot steps to 11:00.
  2. Right downward hand parry to the outside of the hand then a right forearm strike to wrist
    as you step right to 10:30 to take opponent down.
  3. Right stomp kick to Biceps.
  4. Then chest, left biceps, drop right knee to chest followed by a right eye strike.
