1. Left foot steps back to 6:00
  2. Right hand counter grabs right wrist
  3. Left elbow strikes to face.
  4. Your left foot steps forward to 10:30, as your right foot sweeps back to 10:30 as you twist attacker’s body and arm over.
  5. Chicken kick to body (right, left kick).
  6. Left foot plants down at 4:30 as your right hand controls the wrist.
  7. Left forearm strike down to right elbow.
  8. Take the attacker down across your left knee.
  9. Left elbow to temple, left downward elbow strike to spine.
