SNAPPING TWIG: RIGHT PUNCH WITH LEFT GRAB TO SHOULDER

Defense:

  1. Right heel palm to inside of arm simultaneously do a left heel palm to outside of arm to the arm that is grabbing you then do a right hooking block to punch.
  2. Followed by a right knuckle rake through nose then shuffle forward to 12:00 as you do a right forearm to head then a right hammerfist to groin.
