Defense  A:

  1. Right foot cross steps to 10:30, left backhand parry, right raking back knuckle strikes thru face and block the inside of right arm.
  2. Left foot sweeps back to 12:00, pivot to face 6:00, right hand grabs right wrist, left elbow strikes to solar plexus to 12:00 left hammerfist strikes down to groin.
  3. Both hands grab right wrist, pull down with both hands breaking the  attackers right arm over your right shoulder.

Defense  B : Long Range

  1. Right foot cross steps to 10:30, left backhand parry, right raking back knuckle strikes thru face and block the inside of right arm.
  2. Left foot sweeps back to 12:00, pivot to face 6:00, right hand grabs right wrist, left elbow strikes to solar plexus to 12:00 left hammerfist strikes down to groin.
  3. Left hand grabs right wrist and pulls down, right arm strikes up to  attacker’s right arm breaking loose.
