PARTING THE REEDS : TWO HAND PUSH FROM FRONT

Defense :

  1. Right foot step back to 5:30 drive wedge block to the inside of both arms, left hand grabs inside of right wrist.
  2. Right snap kick to attackers groin, plant foot down at 10:30, pivot to face 7:30 crossing the attackers’ arms above your head, and then throw your attacker over your right shoulder  and hip.
