Defense :

  1. Left foot steps to 10:30 as you use a cross hand block with the right on top.
  2. After blocking the club your right hand will grab the attacker’s right wrist, continue the downward motion to strike through the attackers right knee.
  3. Place the club directly under the groin and between the attackers leg.
  4. Reach down with your left hand and grab the other end of the club and strike up with the club to the attacker’s groin.
  5. Left hand releases grip as your right hand strikes in a left to right motion to the inside of the attackers left knee.
