Defense :

  1. Left foot steps to 10:30 bringing the belt up under the attacker’s right punch, circle your right hand CCW with the belt to trap the arm as your right hand extends towards 10:30.
  2. Step forward to 10:30 going around your attacker’s leg with your hand going in a large CCW motion with the right end of the belt around his neck.
  3. Your left brings the attackers arm forward and to the right side of his neck, drop down to your left knee you should be facing 12:00 with your back directly against the opponents back, pull down hard as your can to injure the neck and spine.
