Defense :

  1. Force down with your arms against the attackers arms as they apply the full nelson.
  2. Swing your right leg and hip off the ground to 3:00.
  3. In a CW hopping motion swing your left leg and hip behind the attackers.
  4. Bend forward and strike with your left knee from behind the attacker’s right leg, throwing the attacker to the ground as you straighten up, right back kick to the attacker’s rib.
