MONKEY FIST: RIGHT PUNCH FROM YOUR RIGHT SIDE

Defense :

  1. Right foot steps to 2:30, left parry CW to outside of right punch, right side fist strike to the attacker’s right rib cage.
  2. Right foot shuffles to 3:00; right forearm strike to rib cage, left hand grabs the attacker’s right shoulder, left side fist to head.
  3. Right hand pulls down in a CCW motion as your go into a right hard bow against the attacker’s leg, taking the attacker to the ground followed by a left side fist to head.
