Defense :

  1. Left foot cross steps behind your right foot to 3:00 as you pivot to face 10:30.
  2. While pivoting throw a left backhand parry to the left punch, continue to pivot to face 6:00, right open hand parry followed by a right grab to wrist.
  3. Shift your left foot back as your strike your left elbow into attacker’s rib.
  4. Break left elbow over right shoulder with both hands, right foot sweeps forward to 1:30.
  5. Left backhand to the attacker head followed by a right heel palm to the back of the head.
