TIBETAN ROLL: PUSH FROM BEHIND, THE ATTACKER FOLLOWS

Defense :

  1. Step forward with right foot as you go into a forward roll, come up and go into a right side fall towards 12:00.
  2. Kick towards 6:00 towards your attackers right knee, kick with the back of your left heel and ankle to the front of the attackers knee.
  3. Roll CCW so that you are flat on your stomach throw a right wheel kick to the front of the attackers head.
  4. Continue to roll onto your back, strike down with your left then right heel, and roll out into a fighting stance.
