Defense :

  1. Left foot steps to 10:30 bring your belt up under the attacker’s right punch with left hand low and right hand high.
  2. Circle your right hand 360 degrees CCW so that the belt loops over the top trapping the arm.
  3. Extend your right hand forward as you bring both hand up, cross step right in front of our left to 9:00 as your left foot sweeps back to 9:00 CCW, right roundhouse kick to body.
