Defense :

  1. Step out to low horse stance as your throw a double side fist to the attackers rib cage.
  2. Then pivot to face 9:00 as your do a left rising block then a right inverted punch to rib cage.
  3. Pivot to face 3:00 as your do a right rising block followed by a left inverted punch to rib cage.
