TIBETAN KNEE (AB): GROUND DEFENSE, ON YOUR RIGHT SIDE, ATTACKER AT YOUR FEET.

Defense A:

  1. Reach forward with your right leg hooking inside the attacker’s right foot.
  2. Kick towards 12:00 towards your attackers right knee, kick with the instep of your left foot to the back of the attackers knee.
  3. Roll CCW so that you are flat on your stomach throw a left wheel kick to the back of the attackers head.
  4. Continue to roll onto your back, strike down with your right then left heel, and roll out into a fighting stance.

Defense B:

  1. Reach forward with your right leg hooking inside the attacker’s right foot.
  2. Kick towards 12:00 towards your attackers right knee, kick with the back of your left heel and ankle to the front of the attackers knee.
  3. Roll CCW so that you are flat on your stomach throw a right wheel kick to the front of the attackers head.
  4. Continue to roll onto your back, strike down with your left then right heel, roll out into a fighting stance.
