Defense A: Plant Foot Down After Each Kick

  1. Left foot steps to 10:30 as your throw a left parry as your right hand sweeps low to cover groin, right extended outward block followed by a right grab to wrist as your left hand covers.
  2. Right roundhouse kick to groin; plant the kick back down into a fighting stance, right roundhouse kick to mid-section, plant the kick back down into a fighting stance.
  3. Right roundhouse kick to head, plant the kick back down into a fighting stance.

Defense B: Foot Does Not Plant Down After Each Kick

  1. Left foot steps to 10:30 as your throw a left parry as your right hand sweeps low to cover groin, right extended outward block followed by a right grab to wrist as your left hand covers.
  2. Right roundhouse kick to groin, rechamber the kick then a right roundhouse kick to mid-section, rechamber the kick, right roundhouse kick to head, plant the kick back down into a fighting stance.
