• Stance cat with your left foot to 9:00. Do right over left gunting( note: You will step to 9:00 to form a right cat stance facing 3:00).
  • Step forward  with your right  foot to 3:00. Perform right side sweeping and then give right punch followed by left punch.
  • Stance  cat with your left foot to 9:00. Do left over left gunting.
  • Step forward  with your left  foot to 9:00. Perform left side sweeping and then give right punch at middle followed by left punch at middle.
  • Stance  horse with your left foot to 12:00. Perform right overhead sweeping into elbow press, while chest faces 3:00.
  • Stance  horse with your right foot to 12:00. Perform left overhead sweeping into elbow press, while chest faces 9:00.
  • Stance  horse with your left foot to 12:00. Perform right overhead sweeping into elbow press, while chest faces 3:00.
  • Stance  horse with your right foot to 12:00. Perform right outside forearm block, while chest faces 9:00.
  • Step cross  with your left  foot to 12:00. Perform right low upward hammer into right back kick. You land in left back stance facing 6:00 and do left knife hand block.
  • Step back with your right foot to 6:00. Perform right knife hand block.
  • Step back with your left foot to 6:00. Perform left knife hand block.
  • Stance  horse with your right foot to 12:00. Perform right outside forearm block into right side elbow, while chest faces 3:00.

( This next move you step to 6:00 and your body faces 9:00 )

  • Stance horse with your left foot to 6:00. Perform right overhead sweeping into left palm punch ( to base of skull ) and then give a left punch at middle followed by right punch at middle.
  • Step forward with your right foot to 3:00. Perform a right downward block.
  • Step forward with your left foot to 3:00. Give a left punch at middle.
  • Step natural with your left foot to 9:00. Get ready for the position facing 12:00.
