• Step back with your left foot to 9:00. Perform left circular parry (15 minutes) and punch straight right on face.
  • Step back with your right foot to 3:00. Perform left circular parry (15 minutes) and punch straight left on face.
  • Stance horse with your right foot to 12:00. Perform left side sweeping/right neck grab (your body is facing 9:00).
  • Stance horse with your left foot to 12:00. Take down into left round elbow while your body is facing 3:00.
  • Stance closed with your left foot to 6:00. Perform left low guard/right high guard.
  • Step back with your right foot to  6:00. Perform left inside forearm block.
  • Step forward with your right foot to 12:00 . Perform the 1-2-3 palm trapping technique with your right hand.
  • Step forward with your left foot to 12:00 . Perform the 1-2-3 palm trapping technique with your left hand.
  • Step middle with your left foot to 12:00 with high X block.
  • Step forward  with your right  foot to 9:00. Perform elbow press and take down into right round elbow.
  • Stance closed with your right foot to 3:00. Perform right low guard/left high guard while your body is facing 6:00.
  • Step forward with your left foot to 6:00 . Perform the 1-2-3 palm trapping technique with your left hand
  • Step forward with your right foot to 6:00 . Perform the 1-2-3 palm trapping technique with your right hand.
  • Step middle with your left foot to 6:00 with high X block.
  • Step forward  with your right  foot to 3:00. Perform elbow press and take down into right round elbow, right low hammer and give left punch right followed by left punch low.
  • Step forward with your left foot to 12:00 . Perform left downward block.
  • Step forward with your right foot to 12:00 . Perform right rising block.
  • Step natural with your left foot to 6:00. Get ready for the position facing 12:00.
