• Step forward with your right  foot to 3:00. Perform the 1-2-3 palm trapping technique with your right hand into left round elbow.
  • Step closed with your right foot to 9:00. Perform side kick with your right foot to knee and right back fist to face and set down.
  • Step forward  with your left foot to 9:00. Perform the 1-2-3 palm trapping technique with your left hand into left round elbow.
  • Step closed with your left foot to 3:00. Perform side kick with your left foot to knee and left  back fist to face and then left front kick to 12:00, set forward into straddle stance and then perform 1-2-3 palm trapping  technique with your left hand ( keep final strike low).
  • Set forward into straddle stance with your right foot to 12:00. Perform right front kick and land in straddle stance executing  1-2-3 palm trapping  technique with your right hand ( keep final strike low).
  • Set forward into straddle stance with your left foot to 12:00. Perform left front kick and land in straddle stance executing  1-2-3 palm trapping  technique with your left hand ( keep final strike low).
  • Stance cross with your right foot to 11:00. Twist the right hand grip upward.
  • Step forward with your left foot to 6:00 and perform umbrella.
  • Step forward to 6:00 and give a right front kick , after landing in right forward stance give right punch followed by left punch and then again back to umbrella technique.
  • Step forward to 6:00 and give a left  front kick, after landing in right forward stance give left punch followed by right punch.
  • Step forward with your right foot to 3:00. Perform right overhead sweeping into elbow press , turn right elbow round, give right low hammer and right punch followed by left punch.

Stance closed with your left foot to 12:00. Perform as given below with no steps and in the same order-

  •   Left reach and c clamp back to left side chamber.
  •   Right reach and c clamp back to right side chamber.
  •   Left inside block, left punch followed by right punch.
  •   Right inside block and give right punch followed by left punch.
  •   Left rising block and give left punch followed by right punch.
  •   Right rising block give right punch followed by left punch.
  •   Reach your right hand over your left, pull back to close to natural stance.
