• Step back with your right  foot to 3:00. Perform right circular parry ( 15 minutes ) ,give a left punch on face and then perform right uppercut.

  • Step forward to 9:00. Give right front kick then right punch followed by left punch.
  • Step  middle with your right foot to 6:00. Make a X Block.
  • Step forward with your left foot to 9:00. Drop your left hand down and behind your back and circle your arm up, across and down into a clamp. Rise right elbow and right knee.
  • Step forward with your right foot to 3:00. Perform right side sweeping.
  • Step forward with your left foot to 3:00. Give a left punch.
  • Step forward with your left foot to 9:00. Perform left downward block.
  • Step forward with your right foot to 9:00. Give a right punch.
  • Step forward with your right foot to 12:00. Perform right downward block.
  • Step forward with your left foot to  12:00. Perform left rising block.
  • Step forward with your right foot to 12:00.Perform right rising block.
  • Step forward with your left foot to  12:00. Perform left rising block.
  • Step back with your right foot to 9:00. Perform right knife hand block.
  • Step forward with your right foot to 6:00. Perform right rising block and left low sweep.
  • Step forward to 6:00.Give left front kick. Give left punch followed by right punch and do left rising block and right low sweep.
  • Step forward to 6:00.Give right front kick. Give right punch followed by left punch and do right rising block and left low sweep.
  • Step forward with your right foot to 3:00. Perform right downward block.
  • Step forward with your left foot to 3:00. Perform left downward block.
  • Step forward with your left foot to 9:00. Perform left downward block.
  • Step forward with your right foot to 9:00. Perform right straight punch.
  • Stay neutral with your right foot to 12:00. Get ready for the position.
