• Step back with your right foot to 3:00. Perform right double block then draw your left foot to your right and right fist back and give a side kick with your right foot. Set down to closed stance.
  • Step back with your left foot to 9:00. Perform left double block then draw your right foot to your left and left fist back and give side kick with your left foot and then front kick with your left foot to 12:00.
  • Stance middle with your left foot to 12:00. Perform low X Block and high X Block.
  • Step forward with your right foot to 12:00. Perform right side sweeping.
  • Step forward with your left foot to 12:00. Perform right circular parry ( for 15 minutes) and right spear hand. Do a left elbow strike into right palm.
  • Stance closed with your left foot to 9:00. Perform left hi guard/ right low guard first and then vice versa.
  • Step forward with your right foot to 3:00. Perform right side sweeping. Then give right punch followed by left punch. Perform a right foot hook and then give a side kick with your right foot to 3:00 and front kick to 12:00. Set foot down to right middle place.
  • Towards 12:00 . Perform right rising block with right uppercut.
  • Stance middle with your right foot to 6:00. Perform left rising block with left uppercut. Grab high with both hands and pull down to right knee smash, close to ready position.
