• Stand forward to 12:00. Perform front kick and downward block with your right foot. Then give right punch followed by left punch.
  • Stand forward to 12:00. Perform front kick and downward block with your left foot. Then give left  punch followed by right  punch.
  • Stand forward to 12:00.Perform right foot sweep/right horizontal sweep and give side kick with your right foot. Set into right middle stance and perform right downward block then give right punch followed by left punch.
  • Step forward with your right foot to 6:00. Give left downward block and then left inside block. Perform left punch followed by right punch.
  • Step forward with your left foot to 6:00. Give right downward block and then right inside block. Perform right punch followed by left punch.
  • Stand forward to 12:00 and make high X Block.
  • Step forward with your right foot to 6:00 and pull down into elbow press.
  • Step forward with your right foot to 12:00. Perform right horizontal parry and give left throat strike.
  • Step forward with your left foot to 12:00. Perform left horizontal parry and give right throat strike.
  • Step forward with your left foot to 6:00. Make umbrella and give left knife hand strike.
  • Step forward with your right foot to 6:00. Make umbrella and give right knife hand strike.
  • Step with your left foot to 12:00. Make left circular parry ( 30  minutes ), when right reaches forward ( thumb down).
  • Stance cross with your right foot to 10:00.Perform left side kick.
  • Stance cross with your left foot to 2:00.
  • Step to 2:00 with your right foot.
  • Stance cross with your left foot to 2:00. Make right circular parry ( 30  minutes ), when left reaches forward ( thumb down), give side kick with your right foot.
  • Stance cross with your right foot to 9:00. Put your left step to 9:00. Stand in natural stance. Make close form.
