1. Ready stance front
  2. Turn 90° left , move left foot forward, form left walking stance, left low block front
  3. Bring left foot back to right foot, turn 90° right face left, left hand hammer fist downwards
  4. Turn right 90°, right hand low block
  5. Bring right foot back to left foot, turn 90° face right, right hand hammer fist downwards
  6. Move left foot forward, left inside block with left hand, right inside block with right hand
  7. Front kick with right foot, right hand backfist, left inside block with left hand
  8. Front kick with left foot, left hand backfist, right inside block with right hand
  9. Move right foot forward, right hand backfist
  10. Turn 90° right, move left foot forward, knife hand middle block with left hand
  11. Move forward, form right front stance, right elbow strike front
  12. Turn 180° right, move right foot forward, knife hand middle block front
  13. Move left foot forward, form left front stance, left elbow strike front
  14. Turn left 90°, left foot forward, form left front stance, left hand low block , right inside block front
  15. Front kick with right foot, right hand low block, left inside block front
  16. Turn left 90°, left foot forward, left high block front
  17. Right side kick with right foot, right hand punch with right fist, left elbow into open right hand
  18. Turn right 180°, right foot forward, right high block front
  19. Left side kick with left foot, left hand punch with left fist, right elbow strike into open left hand
  20. Turn left 90°, left foot forward, left low block, right inside block front
  21. Right front kick, hop forward, land in twist foot stance, right backfist nose direction, right foot flat on ground, left foot on ball of foot
