1. Ready stance front
  2. Move left foot forward, form left back stance, double fist middle block front
  3. Slide left foot sideways into left front stance, reverse middle punch with right hand
  4. Front double kick with left foot, left inside block, double punch with right first
  5. Move right foot forward, middle punch with right fist
  6. Turn left 270°, left low block, right single mountain high block, reverse front stance, look towards low block direction
  7. Move left foot forward, form left front stance, collar grabbing position with left hand, pull hands towards right shoulder, slow right uppercut chin level
  8. Double step backwards, turn head 180°, right low block, left single mountain high block, reverse front stance, look towards low block direction
  9. Move right foot forward, form right front stance, collar grabbing position with right hand, pull hands towards left shoulder, slow left uppercut chin level
  10. Turn left 270 degrees, left double knife hand block back stance
  11. Move left foot forward, form left front stance, right middle punch front
  12. Front kick with right foot, return foot back to kicking position, move left foot backwards, bring right foot forward, form tiger/cat stance, right low palm block front
  13. Turn left 90°, left foot tiger/cat stance, left double knife hand middle block
  14. Front kick with left foot, right middle punch front
  15. Move left foot back into tiger/cat stance, right low palm block
  16. Turn right 180°, right foot into tiger/cat stance, right double knife hand middle block
  17. Front kick with right foot, left middle punch front
  18. Move right foot back into tiger/cat stance, low palm block front
  19. Turn right 90°, right double fist low block back stance
  20. Double front kick with left foot, land in front, form right front stance, right inside block, double punch with left first
  21. Turn left 270°, left single knife hand middle block back stance
  22. Move left foot forward, form left front stance, reverse elbow strike with right arm, reverse back fist nose level with right fist, middle punch with left fist
  23. Turn 180° right, move right foot forward, form right back stance, single knife hand middle block
  24. Move right foot forward, form right front stance, reverse elbow strike with left arm, reverse back fist nose level with left fist, middle punch with right fist
