1. Ready stance front
  2. Turn left 90°,move right foot backwards, left low block front

  4. Turn right 180°, right foot forward, right low block front
  5. Front kick with left foot, lower kick backwards, right outside block front with right hand
  6. Turn left 90°, left foot forward, right knife hand high block front
  7. Right roundhouse kick with right foot, lower leg down ahead of left foot
  8. Turn left 90°, move right foot backwards, left outside block front, right middle punch front
  9. Front kick with right leg, lower leg forward, form right walking stance, left middle punch front
  10. Turn right 180°, left foot backwards, right outside block front, left middle punch front
  11. Front kick with left foot, lower leg forward, right middle punch front
  12. Turn left 90°, both hands side by side with legs, cross both hands over head, slow double low block
  13. Move right foot forward, left knife hand high block front
  14. Left roundhouse kick with left foot
  15. Lower leg down next to right foot, turn left 90°, right low block front
  16. Front kick with right foot, lower right foot forward, right outside block front
  17. Turn left 180°, left foot forward, left low block front

  19. Turn 90° left, left foot forward, double knife hand middle block front
