1. Ready stance with hands by your belt, open hands facing each other, finger tip to finger tip palms up, slowly move hands towards head

  4. Slowly rise on toes, raise hands, sink back down flat feet, push hands triangle out
  5. Turn left 90°, move left foot forward, form back walking stance, double knife hand block
  6. Double side kick with right foot, lower leg forward forming front stance
  7. Knife hand strike with palm down neck level with right hand, quick punch with left hand front
  8. Move right foot backwards, inside block with right arm
  9. Turn right 180°, move right foot forward, form back walking stance, double knife hand block front
  10. Double side kick with left foot, lower leg forward forming front stance
  11. Knife hand strike with palm down neck level with left hand, quick punch with right hand front
  12. Move left foot backwards, inside block with left arm front

  16. Front kick with right leg, land kick forward form front stance, right hand in ankle gripping position, opponents knee pressing position with left hand
  17. Turn 180° left, move right foot forward form front stance, double inner block front

  27. Move right foot forward, form horse-riding stance, elbow strike right side, keep right fist enclosed by left hand
  28. Transit in single knife hand block with right hand, left hand on belt
  29. Punch left hand in palm of right hand, keep right arm extended, turn right hand slightly, knife hand block position, punch with left hand front
  30. Cross left foot over right foot, side kick with right foot
  31. Lower kick forward, turn 180° right, move left foot forward, form front stance
  32. Groin finger strike with hand, opponent grasping position with left hand, pull hands until left hand lands on right shoulder
  33. Slide left foot backwards, form walking stance, low block with left arm, bring right fist to belt
  34. Move right foot forward, down palm block with right hand
