1. Parallel ready stance
  2. Turn 90° left, move left foot forward left Tiger stance, low knife hand spreading block
  3. Front snap kick with right foot, lower foot forward form right front stance, punch with right fist front; front punch with left fist
  4. Pivot on left foot, turn 180° right clockwise, low knife hand spreading block
  5. Left front snap kick, lower foot forward form left front stance, front punch with left fist, front punch with right fist
  6. Turn left 90°. pivot on ball of right foot, move left forward, simultaneous left high block, right palm-up knife hand neck level
  7. Pull right hand downward, turn palm down scooping block right side front, move forward with right foot, left reverse punch
  8. Pull left hand downward, turn palm down scooping block left side front, move forward with left foot, form left front stance, right reverse punch
  9. Pull right hand downward, turn palm down scooping block right side front, move forward with right foot, form right front stance, left reverse punch
  10. Turn counter clockwise 270° on right foot, diamond mountain body block with right back stance
  11. Maintain back stance, right uppercut chin level, bring left side fist to right shoulder
  12. Maintain back stance, left side punch with left fist
  13. Right foot fixed on ground, move left foot up to right back knee, form right crane stance, bring both fists to right hip
  14. Middle left side kick, lower left foot down form left front stance, right elbow smash
  15. Right foot fixed on ground, draw left foot inward, attention stance, keep both fists on left side chest level, left fist palm up right fist palm inward, move right foot backwards form left back stance, diamond mountain block
  16. Maintain back stance, left uppercut chin level, bring right side fist to left shoulder
  17. Right side punch with right fist
  18. Left foot fixed on ground, move right foot up to left back knee, form left crane stance, bring both fists to left hip
  19. Right side thrust kick with right foot, lower right foot forming right front stance, left elbow smash backwards
  20. Draw right foot back to left, move left foot forming right back stance, twin knife hand guarding block
  21. Form right front stance, right middle spear hand strike, left palm facing downward under right elbow
  22. Turn 360° counter clockwise, pivot on left foot, bend right arm behind back, turn low spring back to right back stance, left back fist to face level
  23. Form right front stance, right straight punch front
  24. Pivot on right foot, counter clockwise forming left front stance, scissors block, right in out block, left low block
  25. Right front snap kick with right foot, land on right foot forming right front stance, two middle punches first right then left
  26. Pivot clockwise on left foot forming right front stance, scissors block, left in out block, right low block
  27. Left front snap kick with left foot, land on left foot forming left front stance, two middle punches first left then right, pivot on ball of right foot, turn body left, shift left foot forming ready stance
