• With your right step forward . Give  #8 strike with your right hand.
  • With your left step forward . Give #9 strike.
  • With your right step forward and face sideways . Give #4 strike.
  • With your right step back . Give #8 strike.
  • With your left step back . Give #9 strike.
  • With your left step forward , force to force block to your right side.
  • With your right step forward , force to force block to your left side , follow through and check with your left hand.
  • With your right step back , give a up cut to your right side.
  • With your left step back , give a up cut to your left side.
  • Circle your cane over your head and lunge forward with your right foot . Give #12 strike.
  • With your right step back . Give #8 strike.
  • Close the anyo.
