1. Ready stance
  2. Step Left foot back, do a Right Downward strike
  3. Step left foot forward then to the left into squat, do a Left back-spear strike, then forward spear strike
  4. Turn to face Left, do an over-head high block, Left hand forward
  5. Step Right foot forward, do a right low sweep strike
  6. Step the Right foot backward, cross-step behind the left foot then spin to the right, keep Bo low to ground
  7. Step right foot forward, do a Right Row-the-boat strike
  8. Slide right foot back 1/2 step, do a right scoop block
  9. Turn 1/2 turn to face left, draw the Bo to right side of body with right hand low
  10. Stomp the right foot forward, do a right downward strike
  11. Slide right foot back 1/2 step, do a right scoop block
  12. Step Left foot to right, draw the Bo to the right side, right hand low
  13. Stomp the right foot forward, do a right downward strike
  14. Slide right foot back 1/2 step, do a right scoop block
  15. Step Left foot to right, draw the Bo to the right side, right hand low
  16. Stomp the right foot forward, do a right downward strike
  17. Step Left foot forward then to the left into a squat, do a left low pole block
  18. Without moving, do a downward spear strike to the position you just did the pole block
  19. Shift stance to face Left, do an over-head high block left hand forward
  20. Step right foot forward, do a Right full sweep strike
  21. Without moving, do a full Row-the-boat strike
  22. Without moving, do a Left side up/down strike
  23. About turn Left, into an over-head high block with left hand forward
  24. Step right foot forward, do a Right full sweep strike
  25. Without moving, do a full Row-the-boat strike
  26. Without moving, do a Left side up/down strike
  27. Without moving, do a full Row-the-boat strike Slide right foot back 1/2 step, do a right scoop block
  28. Step Left foot forward then to the left into a squat, do a left low pole block
  29. Without moving, do a downward spear strike to the position you just did the pole block
  30. Shift stance to face Left, do an over-head high block left hand forward
  31. Step right foot forward, do a Right full sweep strike
  32. Without moving, do a full Row-the-boat strike
  33. Draw the Bo back to the left side sliding the right foot back, then slide right foot forward into a lunge spear strike
  34. Slide the right foot back 1/2 step into right scoop block
  35. Step right foot backward cross-step behind the left, look left then raise the left knee and stomp down to the left into a squat
  36. Do a right, left cross-strike
  37. Turn Right to face right into a side pole block left hand high
  38. Slide right foot forward, do a full over-head two-handed downward strike.
  39. Slide right foot back 1/2 step into a scoop block
  40. Finish with a Left over right side block.
